Currently working on the optimisation of the current (in-house) CRM customer system. This is done in consultation with various stakeholders and end users in order to improve the User Experience and visual design. The design update will eventually be implemented in the various portals and will be done by setting up proper design systems so that components can be reused.

I also conceived and developed several new features in prototypes, including the dark mode of the Semmie app, the transformation of various financial data to design, an online complaints register and the operation between the CRM system and the Semmie app.

Furthermore, I set up several Design Systems, both for the Semmie app and the CRM systems. Thereby, as a design team, we set up a workflow to work more easily with the Product Owner and the development team.

Worked for various clients, such as: Utrecht University / Maastricht University / House of Formulas / Closure / Woodwatch / MOHI / Eager Bikes. The focus in these projects was mainly on visual design, illustrations and animations.
